| Happy New Year from Healthy Families Healthy Communities Association
|
Now that the holidays are winding down the winter is just gearing up! In the issue we will focus on indoor and outdoor activities to do with you kids during the month of January.
Winter is often a difficult time to get out and stay active. This month we have included a section on keeping active and fun and educational activities you can do with your child.
Have a great January, getting out and getting active, with other fredkid families!
Sincerely,
The fredkid team
