I'm often asked about the difference between Mass Mail and Email. Both are features in Avionté that will allow you to send out small to large quantities of email messages to Employees, Customers, Contacts, etc. The big difference is Mass Mail allows you to do it with personalized, predesigned templates. Anyone (who has permission) can create these templates and then share them with other users in your branch or company.
What types of communication might you use Mass Mail for? There are lots of different ways to use it, but here are a few of my favorites:
- Notify a group of employees that a new job is available
- Notify a group of customers that you have new talent (SKILLMARKETING!!)
- Keep in contact with a group of customers or contacts with important information, like changes in state employment laws.
- Keep in touch with prospects (employees or customers).
Mass Mail is one of our newer features, so if you start looking around for it and don't see it ask your Administrator if you have it.
