Do you work in a fast-paced environment where it would be beneficial to manage your entire Active, available employees, orders, candidates and start sheets all on one screen? Avionté understands that sometimes you have large orders that needed to get filled yesterday or you work in a day labor environment and things are changing every minute. Employees are being place on assignment, multiple people are working on filling the same orders and you need a compressed view to see all of this activity in one place. We have this functionality and I suggest you at check it out! This can save you a lot of time and frustration when used properly.
From your Avionté Start Page, go to your Actions menu and click on Quick Place (if you do not see it, no worries, talk to your administrator to see if you can have permission to view this action item). Once you open this screen you will see that you have all Employee, Customer, Order, and Assignment work flow at your fingertips. You can see a list of your entire Active, available employees, you see a list of your open, partially filled and filled orders that are color coded for easy viewing and you can see a history on assignment for previous dates.
The actions menu within this one stop shop allows you to enter new employees, do mass assignment to place multiple people on an order at one time, create candidates for specific orders, copy orders, auto match and create favorites groups. That is not even all of it! There is so much functionality in this one screen that you may have found a hidden treasure that you didn't even know existed.
