In the past couple of weeks I have had several customers ask about being able to see more information on their Summary page. Most of you know my motto by now (especially if I was your trainer)! The first things you learn are the first things you forget.
If you would like to see more information, add it to your Vertical Panels. Ah yes, those panels on the side you forget to look at. If you don't want to click through and look at Past Jobs, Skills and Education; set it up on the Vertical Panels and see it as soon as you open your Employee record.
Each of the main menu records has their own Vertical Panels, so make sure you set them up for Customer, Contact, Order, Assignment.. or any of the areas you use on a regular basis.
Ok. Did you do it? I can wait.
Back Office, we didn't forget about you. You have Vertical Panels too! If you haven't taken the time to check them out yet, do so. You might be amazed at all the raw data you find!
