ETHERNET ALLIANCE ANNOUNCES NEW PRESIDENT
Dear Members,

At the last meeting of the Board of Directors, Jim Theodoras of Adva stepped down as President of the Ethernet Alliance.  WhileEA Member Logo Jim has chosen to resign as an officer of the Ethernet Alliance, he will complete his term as a member of the Board of Directors.  On behalf of the Ethernet Alliance, I would like to thank Jim for all hard work and diligence, and for always stepping up.

I am happy to announce that Scott Kipp of Brocade Communications Systems has been elected by the Board of Directors to fill the office of president.   Scott is a driven hard working individual, and we thank him for his willingness to succeed Jim.
