Our first PWS respite weekends are scheduled to begin on June 26th. If you know another family with an adult family member who has PWS, please pass this on to them.
Let me outline some of the details for you here.
- Cost - $200 per day
- Security deposit - $200 one time, refundable at the end of each weekend
- The standard physical, psychological, dietary, behavioral and medical evaluations are necessary for a successful application
- Historical information of previous placements required

- Reserve weekends with a $100 deposit, applied to the weekend cost
- Schedule of events, staff on duty (including pictures) and menus sent out 1-2 weeks prior to the weekend
That's the scoop on our weekends. As you'll see in this message, we're also planning an early fall camp from Sept. 25-Oct. 2 when we'll explore folk crafts and skills, camp out (for those who are willing) and enjoy old-time music, dance and storytelling.
