RAW BAY AREA NEWSLETTER
Greetings!
Heather at the kitchen door
Thanksgiving is a holiday that most of us look forward to -- for the food if not the company we will share.  However, no matter how much we love the holiday food it usually weighs us down - the butter, cream and other dairy products, not to mention the wheat and meat offerings make us nearly comatose after the meal.  Consider that this year you have an opportunity to take a different route -- fresh, vibrant versions of your favorite cranberry sauce, stuffing, waldorf salad and even egg nog and pumpkin pie.

I am thrilled to be able to offer you a Holiday Traditions class this year.  You have 5 chances to take it at a location near you from San Francisco to the East Bay and beyond.  These recipes will wow your friends and family - seriously!  And, they will help you keep your waistline slim. And, unlike with the traditional holiday dishes you will have plenty of energy after the meal for laughing, playing and enjoying the rest of the day.

The Holiday Favorites classes start this Sunday and will be offered all the way through Christmas.  Come with a friend or spouse to a Holiday Favorites class and receive $10 off. That's a huge savings!  See below for details.

There are three additional classes to help you gear up for the holidays:  Travel on the Go will show you how do-able it is to travel "in the raw", Staying rawsome in the winter will give you survival tips as the temperature drops and  Flavors of the Mediterranean will give you delicious party recipes for a potluck or event at your home. Click here for all the details.

Bon Appetite!
