Gr eetings, First, I would like to thank all of you for sending emails, cards, healing energy work, etc. during my recovery from my accident. Thank you also, for your emails, cards and words of sympathy for our loss of Buddy. Something unusual occurred just before Buddy's transition, an abandoned mixed Corgi was left in the village and he walked throughout the village daily. He survived the ice storm. Some of us feel that Buddy's spirit led him to my heart. He is now living with me. The staff helped name him "Corky." He is the sweetest and friendliest dog, and is enjoying the other dogs in the village. You'll be seeing us around the village. Come and meet Corky.
We have four weeks of Classes this month. The Esoteric Christianity I and II are offered again this year. Dennis Acrea is here for two weeks to help us get the basics of Astrology into our understanding. This astrology will be followed by an Intermediate Astrology class in August, and next year Dennis will offer an Esoteric Astrology class. Looking forward to you sharing time and experiences with us.
Blessings, Rev. Linda Oliver

Sunday, March 1, 10:30 a.m. 1st Sunday of Lent
"Lead me not into Maya or Illusion" Rev. Pamela Ramsfield
As disciples we seek the path which leads to becoming a soul-infused personality. On this path we have experienced the beautiful and tender Water mysteries of the Christmas Season and are now entering the difficult and strenuous Fire mysteries of the Easter Season. It is through the Lenten time one is asked to understand the power of discrimination which is to say, the ability to distinguish the true from the false; the real from the unreal. How is your Lenten journey progressing this 2009? Join Rev. Pamela Ramsfield as we explore personal temptations (Maya and Illusion) and add conscious use of spiritual disciplines to our Lenten experiences.

Sunday, March 8, 10:30 a.m. 2nd Sunday of Lent "It's God Calling" Rev. Retha K. Banez
As we each travel down the road of life there are times we sense that a change is coming. For some of us this creates great fear-for others excitement. We may wisely pause, go within, and listen for the still, small voice that guides our way. For some of us, dramatic events unfold in our lives that get our attention. In this Lenten season let's talk about this, and remind ourselves that it is up to each of us to shape an appropriate response when we realize "It's God Calling"!

Sunday, March 15, 10:30 a.m. 3rd Sunday of Lent
"To Know with the Inner Knower" Rev.Carol E. Parrish
As we persist with our inner practices we discover more than expected. The code word "world" is overcome and the Self Within shares its wisdom and its love. Humility is the key that unlocks what the Soul already knows. Each of us seeks to gain access to the pearl of great price that awaits discovery. Is it worth it? Our response answers that question in its own way.

Sunday, March 22, 10:30 a.m. 4th Sunday of Lent
"Finding Answers in the Heart" Rev. Robert H. Willson
We know of "Finding Answers in the Heart" but what can help us to do this? Is there something connecting an open mind which helps us to have an open heart? Is there something in our ideas of time, space and individuality that prevents our experiencing the open heart and the love of God which lets us find answers? We will connect these ideas to better understand what can help us succeed in "Finding Answers in the Heart."

"Navigating Through Rough Waters" Practitioner, Virginia Wagoner
As you navigate through life's waters, the sea can get very choppy. How does one stay afloat? How does one stay on course and not get overturned? How does one find the guiding light in the midst of the fog? This morning we will explore some of the ideas that can help us on our journey so that we can be at peace and feel safe even on the roughest waters.
