Greetings,

What is required to be a conscious World Server?

This month's authors have a few ideas to share about how to create a healthy, purified and vibrantly alive body temple. We can take the steps outlined to become renewed, refined, and realigned as we build our temple and dedicate it in service to the divine.

Namaste,

What Does It Mean To Be a Temple?
by Carol E. Parrish

Moon Meditation
Let us consider a scripture as we begin: 2 Corinthians, 6:16.
~~~
In these verses Paul is teaching the new Christians and helping them establish a new perspective of embracing the heart-centered faith and what that means.
    16) And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols (do not think this only means statues of god/goddesses....it means the false truths we may be serving or honoring or to whom we are giving life energy) for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, "I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God and they shall be my people.
. . .The great Neo-Platonic philosopher, Plotinus, said that when the temple is prepared properly, the divinity has no choice but to enter. Now we are beginning to hear that we can make of ourselves a magnetic that calls, invokes higher energies and influences. This remains unknown to so many. We must recall that the role of a living temple is to serve as a bridge between the two worlds.
So we now think for a few minutes about our temple, the body we are building and the lifestyle we are modeling. The life we are constructing is to be one of dedication, refinement, and living in harmony with our soul.
Diet for Body, Mind and Spirit
by Janet Allen, Ph.D.
Sunflower seedsOne of the hardest things about being grown up is figuring out what is true from all the conflicting things we are told by parents, teachers, doctors, ministers, the government, TV advertisements, friends, the internet, etc. I have learned to look at the motivation of the "authority," and that my own heart is truly my best guide. Another guide is to notice what path nature takes, especially since I have been on the live food diet. What I have discovered is that nature will heal and resolve when allowed to flow freely.
In this article, I want to share the truth my heart told me while researching and writing my recent dissertation on the topic of the spiritual effects of eating a live vegan diet. Following nature's advice has brought astonishing results in my life on all levels, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
