Do you need a legal checkup?
Just as regular medical checkups are recommended, it is likewise advisable for the individual or business owner or manager to undergo a regular legal checkup by an experienced attorney. With respect to businesses owners, do you have an adequate buy/sell agreement? Are your contracts in order? Checkups may head off costly legal problems and ensure that the business meets its needs and obligations to its investors, clients and employees. At Spiller Law, we offer legal checkups as an affordable way to give our clients peace of mind. If you are an individual and would like us to review your estate plan, or if you are a business owner and are not sure if your internal policies, contracts, or business plans are in order, let us know.
