Important Congregational Meeting
Rabbi Pilavin's contract is up for renewal. A copy of the proposed contract will be read and a vote taken on Tuesday, April 24, 2012, in the Sanctuary at 7:30pm. Members of the Board negotiating committee will be present to respond to questions regarding elements of the contract. Past President and negotiating committee member Jerry Enis will chair the meeting.

From Our Rabbi Pilavin on his Weight Loss
"I am gratified by the encouragement of the congregation in my recent goal to lose 50 pounds in 6 months.
The official fundraiser has ended and I have lost 36 pounds, as certified by Weight Watchers.
Based on the written pledges the synagogue received, we have raised a total of $2785.20.
While the fundraiser is over, I still hope to achieve my announced goal of 50 pounds.
Thank you for your support and for honoring all pledges at your earliest convenience. Please remember to write "Rabbi's diet" as a memo on your check.
