July's for switching. Switching off the pressure and enjoying the beach, the woods, or even just the porch. Give me a good novel and a glass of something tart and refreshing, and I can forget all about dust bunnies, black garbage bags, and how to price the latest incoming.
But alas, the one thing that I can't forget is that the seasons are always switching. That within days, it's time to figure out how to clearance summer stuff and welcome in the back-to-school shoppers (even if the only school they've attended in the past few decades is the School of Hard Knocks.)
I hope, before you start your Bag Sale, you've pulled out usable bits and pieces for (GASP!!!) Halloween.
Enjoy, Kate
Mulling over discounts, sales, and switching seasons.
A TGtbT Tip: Reword expiration dates from NEGATIVE to POSITIVE: Not "Expires 9-30-2010" but "VALID thru 9-30-2010" A tiny difference but a powerful one.
Or maybe it's too hot by you to have a sidewalk sale? Then have a sitewalk sale. And don't forget: THE NEED SEASON can be very kind to the resale industry.

* You don't REALLY have to read them now. That's just my CALL TO ACTION. Once I take them off the home page at TGtbT.com, they'll be safely stored in our Free Articles archive. That is, if I can force myself up out of the hammock.
