If you have purchased Complete MoisturePlus from our office within the last year please bring it in to our office (full OR partially used) to exchange it for an alternate solution (Solocare or Optifree) as recommended by Dr. Michele, Dr. Wilk and Dr. Barclay.  Simply bring the product into the office and we will provide you with the new solution!

 

If you would prefer, full refunds in the orginal method of payment for the product will also be processed.
