| Are You Paying Child Support For A Child That is Not Yours? |
| |
There is a procedure for getting out of
paying child support for a child that is not
yours if DNA proves you are not the father.
The DNA test must be done within the last
90 days. The court cannot cancel or reduce
past due child support. The father cannot
collect child support previously paid to the
mother.
