| Cohabitation Agreements |
| |
Cohabitation agreements between
heterosexuals and homosexuals are upheld
provided they comply with the basic
contractual requirements, i.e. offer,
acceptance, consideration, legality, etc.
In upholding these agreements the courts
are not condoning lifestyles, rather,
enforcing the constitutional rights of the
parties to contract and dispose of property
as each sees fit.
