BODY: ANXIETY ATTACKS
Here are some comments about anxiety attacks which developed after a woman followed a strict low-carb diet for 5 months. SPIRIT: MEDITATION
1. Go into meditation.
2. Tune into a time in your early childhood where you were happy and filled with joy. What were you doing?
3. How can you bring that back into your world now?
4. See, hear, feel yourself having that happiness of your childhood memory NOW. 5. Come out of meditation, carry the joy with you

FENG SHUI - STUFF IN STORAGE
