Enjoy the best time of the year. June 20th was the longest day of the year. The days will now start to get shorter and the nights longer. Eat Light, Eat Green and play outside.
|MIND: AWAKEN AND EVOLVE
According to Jo Dunning, everyone now, is in the process of awakening either consciously or unconsciously. Many of us are being tested during this time. Through these lessons, we begin to think and react differently. Not easy, but the goal is more understanding, balance and harmony even through crises.
We came into this earth plane with the belief of duality. Everything is judged good or bad, white or black, pleasant or awful. Negative judgement links with old emotions keeping us in the past. We need to be in the present to create the future.
Our energy is moving out of our minds into our hearts. Resistance can set us back.
As we let go, we free up space. We become divine beings in a magnetic physical form. We notice how emotions, thoughts and beliefs affect us and create our reality.
Pay attention to what is going on in your mind, your resistances and what you think and say.
|BODY: COCONUT WATER|
Coconut Water is reported to be rich in natural vitamins (especially the B vitamins), minerals, amino acids, enzymes, antioxidants, electrolytes especially potassium and magnesium.
It is light, low calorie, low in sugar but contains about a fifth of the sugar of other fruit juices, like apple or grape juice. It has an alkalizing effect on the body and causes increased rehydration.
Benefits include: increased exercise performance, regulation of blood pressure, improved circulation, reduced plaque formation, better digestion and has anti-aging qualities.

By practicing this short exercise, you'll build a stronger relationship with your inner guidance.
Begin by closing your eyes and taking a complete breath as you begin to relax. Follow your breath into the quiet place within your heart. Your body and mind grows quieter with each breath.
Bring your awareness into your solar plexus area. Ask your intuition if there's anything specific it wants to tell you. Breathe in again, and take a moment allowing any messages to come up. Bring your awareness up to your crown chakra. Ask if there's a situation you need to know about.
You may receive words, symbols, or a feeling about what you need to know. Awaken, enjoy your day. Notice how it flows more easily.
