From the Executive Director

This week, SEPTA released the RFP for the Alternatives Analysis (AA) and Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the proposed extension of the Norristown High Speed Line (Route 100 - NHSL) further into the employment center of King of Prussia. KOP-BID often describes this rail extension as a real game changer for King of Prussia, as the successful implementation of this project would remove one of the greatest barriers standing in the way of the continued growth of King of Prussia as a business center: lack of access to efficient, public, rail transportation.
