Ryan Lawson is the new coordinator for the Riverview Rehab & Fitness' FitNews.
A born and raised Hoosier, Ryan joins Riverview Hospital Rehab and Fitness after spending the last six plus years at a small personal training club in Geist. Ryan received a degree in Exercise Science from the University of Dayton and is a certified Pilates and spinning instructor. With over 10 years experience in the exercise field, he has worked with a wide range of clientele but especially enjoys working with people just getting started on their path to a healthier lifestyle.

Aqua Zumba
Think of Aqua Zumba as a dance party in the water! Aqua Zumba fuses hypnotic rhythms with easy-to-follow moves that create a one-of-a-kind fitness program in the water. During this hour-long class the choreographed routine will involve a wide range of music that dictates a fast pace and leads to a fun workout! By taking place in the water, modifications and those with mobility issues can participate; although, all the water resistance adds an extra challenge for even the fittest of folks.
