Greetings!

This month we are pleased to launch our updated website.  You may notice that it reflects our continued integration with our parent company aurionPro.  This integration has enabled us to offer a suite of services that deliver truely secure transaction portals.  This encompasses everything from the front end user interface, through secure transactional gateways, all the way to the back end applications and wrapped in the Identity Management components that ensure comprehensive security controls.

aurionPro SENA's Advisory team prepares and delivers Identity Management Training Program
aurionPro SENA completed and delivered a set of customized IDM training courses for a global Financial Services provider.  This training had a number of objectives.  First, it provided an understanding for those involved with security, as well as a snapshot of the current state of Identity Management within the organization and across multiple business units. 

An unexpected result was the ability to use the same set of materials for a much wider audience across the organization to help those involved with security to understand the importance and concepts necessary to raise the bar enterprise-wide.  This helps promote better compliance and reduces the risks associated with having employees that may not understand the consequences of some of their behaviors.

Education related to compliance concepts is a growing part of our business and we are seeing an increased demand for this type of education, alongside the delivery of our Identity Management solutions.  More information is available here

 

 

Application Maintenance Offering

Many of aurionPro SENA's customers avail of our application maintenance offering.   Having a maintenance contract in place ensures appropriate service level response times to help troubleshoot production problems.  Interestingly most of these problems are external to the actual deployed system e.g. database rights were changed.  However, aurionPro SENA is in a unique position to quickly troubleshoot where problems are occurring to enable an organization to quickly apply the resources needed to resolve the problem.

Customers find that the Maintenance contract is like an insurance policy that provides peace of mind, not unlike our car insurance - something that we hope we don't use but it is great to have it when we need it.
