Jewish Family Service has partnered with Familywize to offer Free prescription discount cards.

 

This card enables people who do not have insurance to receive immediate discounts on prescription drugs. It also offers savings for prescription medicine not covered by health insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. 

 

The program is free and there are no age or income restrictions. Discounts are available immediately and there is no limit to how often the cards can be used. Download your card here.
