On Sunday night, the Spanish-language Univision News aired a "bombshell" hour-long report on their investigation into Operation Fast and Furious, revealing brand new evidence of international weapons smuggling by the U.S. government.

In other words, Univision News took on the job that the mainstream media in the U.S. has failed to do thus far. They also displayed extremely disturbing images of the bloody carnage that occurred as a result of the misguided program.

41 Million Tea Party Supporters Set to Vote

... But a new Associated Press poll shows tea party supporters may have the last laugh in November.

The AP/GFK poll shows that 31% of likely voters consider themselves Tea Party supporters. With 131 million votes cast in the 2008 elections, that translates into an incredible voting bloc of 41 million Tea Party supporters waiting to cast ballots. These voters have already made their voices heard in Wisconsin earlier this year, as well as in Republican primaries in Texas and Nebraska.

That 31% of likely voters figure is greater than the 19% who described themselves as either strongly or somewhat liberal. Surprisingly, liberals have escaped media characterization as being a small, fringe-like group with little power or influence. At 19% of likely voters, self-described liberals would have a turnout of 25 million voters, some 16 million fewer voters than the Tea Party.

The good news for Mitt Romney and other Republican hopefuls is that the Tea Party supporters also appear ready to turn out in much higher numbers than all other voters. For instance, while they only made up 23% of the initial polling sample, which was a sample of all adults, their numbers improve as unlikely voters were removed by the AP from the data. When unregistered and unlikely voters were taken out of the poll, their share of the vote increased by 35%, to nearly one-third of the voting population.

Meanwhile, self-described liberals fell 11% from the initial sample to the likely voter sample, while moderates increased by 3% and conservatives increased by 8%. This enthusiasm gap could make the difference in November. Once unregistered and unlikely voters were removed from the AP poll sample, Obama's share of the vote plummeted by 10%, while Romney's share of the vote increased by 28%. That support is driven, of course, by a supposedly dead movement. Overall, the poll shows a statistical tie with Obama at 47%, and Romney at 46%.

Dear Friend and Patriot Leader,

As you know too well, unless our friends who fear God, respect our constitution and love freedom unite now and vote in this upcoming election, we will lose the America we have known. Yet remarkably, 15-30% of self-identified Christians are not even registered to vote. If even a small percentage of those joined the fight, it could make the difference in the 2012 election. Making this happen is my highest priority, and once again I need your help.

At the Pennsylvania Pastors' Network (PPN), we have been working very aggressively with pastors across the commonwealth. We're calling on them to stand boldly at the pulpit, preach the truth, and teach the Scripture as it addresses the intersection of policy and Christian culture. At the same time, I'm encouraging them to urge their members to register to vote, and to vote biblically and constitutionally on Election Day. PPN has just embarked on a mass Christian voter registration effort, called  "From Pews to Polls -An Initiative to Protect Religious Freedom in America." We want to reach into every church in Pennsylvania and enlist thousands of new voters. This is where you can help in an easy, but very big way.

First, I need your help to identify churches and pastors. If they believe in the authority of Scripture and that our rights come from God not government, we want to work with them. (Church organized voter registration efforts are completely legal and appropriate.)
• Registered Voter Look-Up Service - We will confidentially identify those in your church membership who are not registered to vote and return that information to you.
• Follow-Up Email - We will send or provide a template for a personal email from you or me asking unregistered members to register online or to register at a church registration drive during the month of September.
• Early Voting Information - We will provide information and assistance in helping members of your congregation to vote by Absentee Ballot if they cannot be physically present on Election Day in November.

Daniel Greenfield's new Freedom Center pamphlet, The Great Betrayal: Obama's Wars and the War in Iraq, is an effort to understand the politics of the "war on terror" which has now reached a final punctuation point with the U.S. decision to speed its withdrawal from the battlefields of Iraq and Afghanistan (where success was once deemed so crucial to national security), and to practice an incoherent form of regime change in Libya while ignoring more serious threats in Syria and Iran.

The war on terror began, Greenfield shows, as an admirable bipartisan commitment soon after the tragedy of 9/11-an effort to transcend party lines not only to punish those who attacked our country but also to interrupt planning for further attacks and try to stop the international spread of the Islamic jihad behind the attacks. But the Democratic Party, with the honorable exception of a few individuals like Richard Gephardt and Joe Lieberman, turned its back on a war soon after authorizing it, and did so at a time when American troops were facing hostile enemy fire.

Although Senate Democrats on the intelligence oversight committee had been granted access to every piece of data available to the White House, they now accused President Bush of tricking them to secure their approval. In fact, their own about-face was entirely dictated by political considerations when a Sixties antiwar activist, Howard Dean, surged ahead in the Democratic primary polls and it appeared for a moment that Americans were on the side of retreat and capitulation.

Although regime change in Iraq had been official U.S. policy since Bill Clinton signed the Iraq Liberation Act of 1998, Democratic senators such as John Kerry who only months earlier had supported the war effort now launched demoralizing attacks on the American commander-in-chief and his troops in the field, stigmatizing it as "the wrong war in the wrong place at the wrong time." If the truth was the first casualty of their war against the Bush administration, the second casualty was the principle of bi-partisanship that had guided foreign policy debates throughout the Cold War, the principle that "politics stops at the water's edge." Now partisan politics trumped security.

The unrestrained attacks on the Iraq War as illegal and unjustified went largely unanswered by Republicans who failed to call the Democratic saboteurs of the nation's war effort to account or to decry the risk their cynical attacks posed to American servicemen and women on the battlefield. As Greenfield demonstrates, the Democrats' partisanship had consequences not only in Iraq but elsewhere in the region: the paralysis that resulted from their "anti-war" campaign led straight to the destruction of Lebanon and the installation of a terrorist army, Hezbollah, there as a regime within a regime. And it emboldened an overtly Islamofascist regime in Iran not only to supply the IEDs responsible for most of our troop fatalities in Iraq but also to proceed with a nuclear program aimed directly at Israel and the West.

And the result of his policies in Afghanistan has been as disastrous. While the President presented his rationale for pursuing war there as the pursuit of al-Qaeda, after abandoning his "surge" (which resulted in two thirds of all America's Afghan casualties there and the resurgence of the Taliban allies of al-Qaeda), he blithely prepared for withdrawal as if national objectives had been met.

"Losing our Sons": Documentary looks at domestic Islamic radicalization and jihadization

Charles Jacobs at Americans for Peace and Tolerance announced today the release of a trailer for their upcoming documentary, "Losing Our Sons", featuring Melvin Bledsoe - father of domestic terrorist Carlos Bledsoe aka Abdulhakim Mohamed who gunned down US Army recruiter Pvt. William Long at an Army-Navy recruiting center in Little Rock, Arkansas in June 2009. Melvin Bledsoe testified at the House Homeland Security Committee hearing earlier this month.

The upcoming documentary discusses how Bledsoe was radicalized by the Muslim Student Association in Tennessee and sent to terrorist training in Yemen with the written recommendation of the imam of a Nashville mosque. Are You Registered to Vote? Do You Have a Photo ID? Do They Match?

According to the U.S. Constitution all American citizens 18 years of age or older, regardless of race, color, religion, or creed, whether male or female, have the right to vote.  However, voting in Pennsylvania this year will be a bit more complicated than prior years due to the new Voter ID law.  A dedicated group of Main Line citizens are doing what they can to make sure that you can exercise that right on November 6th. 

A small table located at Gateway Shopping Center (near Trader Joes and Great Earth Vitamins) is staffed with volunteers on weekends who will assist you by:

• Providing voter registration forms
• Helping people to complete their voter registration form
• Providing absentee ballot application forms and completion instructions
• Providing up to date information on the voter ID requirements

Additionally, if anyone has a question that the volunteer on duty is unable to answer, we will take their name, email address and/or phone number and get back to the questioner with an answer.

The table will be staffed every Friday from 3 pm to 7 pm and every Saturday & Sunday from 9 am to 7 pm now thru October 7th.

We recommend that everyone check to make sure that (1) you are still registered to vote and that (2) your voter registration name exactly matches your name on the photo ID that you plan to use on Election Day.  To confirm that you are registered, go to www.can9/10/12ivote.org . Select Pennsylvania; then click on Find Voter Registration Status.  Entering your personal data will allow you to confirm that you are registered and provide you with the address of your polling place.

Some may question whether citizens in our area really need help in registering to vote.  When this service was provided in 2008 over 1000 people registered at the table!  Volunteers assisted citizens from the 5-county Philadelphia area and Lancaster, Berks, and Lehigh Counties. 

Key dates for this fall's election are:

10/9 - last day that Voter Registration forms will be accepted by Voter Services

10/30 - last day that Absentee Ballot applications will be accepted by Voter Services

11/2 - last day that completed Absentee Ballots will be accepted by Voter Services

11/6 - Election Day

2. Obama Skips Intel Briefings. WaPo Fact Checker Covers It Up.

We've let this particular bit of egregious "fact checking" by the Washington Post's "fact checker", the rather credulous Glenn Kessler, slide for lack of time.

3. The Potemkin Employment Increase

This is just another installment in the decline of of American into cargo cult economics and the aid and assistance that the media is giving the administration in building a narrative of progress despite near universal evidence of economic stagnation if not outright collapse.

Last week the Bureau of Labor Statistics released an "adjustment" which revised employment data showing the Obama regime has - surprisingly - added 386,000 more jobs than previously estimated. The first question is why this "adjustment" was released this month when in the past it was corrected in March. That, of course, is a rhetorical question.

Netanyahu's warning

This week Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed the spineless leaders at the United Nations warning them about the threat to World Peace if Iran was allowed to build a nuclear bomb.  Pointing out his belief that the Islamic Republic isn't taking U.N. sanctions seriously and that a threat or use of Military action should be considered. The headline is the Washington Post's Ben Bradlee's response to the charge that he used fake polls to help Walter Mondale. Bradlee's "poll" showed Ron Reagan in trouble in his home state of California which caused him to divert money and energy to California and likely save Walter Mondale from a fifty state wipe out.     

Bradlee's "Tough sh...t... I'm glad it cost you plenty. It's my in-kind contribution to the Mondale campaign." typifies the attitude of the partisan liberals masquerading as "impartial pollsters."

The mainstream media sewer offers a solid example of this kind of intentional bias today. It comes from a September 20 Reuters/IPSOS "poll" report.

The battleground states that the media's fake polls are assigning to Barack Obama are populated by a large number of military veterans. Florida alone has 1.6 million and Ohio Virginia and North Carolina have nearly 1 million each. These numbers are extremely important because at least one Left wing media outlet Reuters, is reporting that Mitt Romney has an insurmountable 20 point lead over Barack Obama among veterans.     

While insisting that their Democrat skewed survey "results" are showing a growing overall  lead for Obama, Reuters has been forced to acknowledge that veterans are less supportive of Obama now than they were four years ago. This lead (whether it is being accurately reported or shorted) holds across all veteran age groups. This will be a major factor in the election because 49% of veterans are 65+ a group that intends to vote at  86%.

At the time, Obama was a senator from Illinois and apparently unconcerned he may one day be forced to act on the somewhat bizarre statement. But presidential elections tend to change things and before the United Nations on Tuesday, Obama stated rather pointedly that he is a Christian, almost as though concerned some in the American audience especially might be unsure.

For Obama has held true to his pledge of standing with Muslims, at least in so far as he has directed the authority of the United States to quietly assist Islamist forces in the takeover of nations throughout the Middle East. The account sharply conflicts with claims on the Sunday after the attack by U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Susan Rice that the administration believed the strike was a "spontaneous" event triggered by protests in Egypt over an anti-Islam film.

Two senior U.S. officials said that the Obama administration internally labeled the attack terrorism from the first day in order to unlock and mobilize certain resources to respond, and that officials were looking for one specific suspect. The officials said the intelligence community knew by Sept. 12 that the militant Ansar al-Shariah and Al Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb were likely behind the strike.

Further, an official said, "No one ... believed that the mortars, indirect and direct fire, and the RPGs were just the work of a mob -- no one."

Yet a congressional source told Fox News that CIA Director David Petraeus, during a briefing with members of the House Intelligence Committee three days after the attack, espoused the view that Benghazi was an out-of-control demonstration prompted by the YouTube video. According to the source, this was "shocking" to some members who were present and saw the same intelligence pointing toward a terrorist attack.

In addition, sources confirm that FBI agents have not yet arrived in Benghazi in the aftermath of the attack. Four Americans, including U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens, were killed in the assault.

The claims that officials initially classified the attack as terrorism is sure to raise serious questions among lawmakers who from the beginning have challenged the narrative the administration put out in the week following the strike. A few Republican lawmakers have gone so far as to suggest the administration withheld key facts about the assault for political reasons.

"I think we should have answers right away. ... I think they're reluctant to tell us what this event really was probably because it's an election year. But the American people deserve to know answers about what happened at our embassy in Libya," Sen. Kelly Ayotte, R-N.H., told Fox News.

One intelligence official clarified to Fox News that there was not a "definitive" lead on who might have been responsible for the Libya attacks in the immediate aftermath, though officials had an idea of the suspects.

"It's inaccurate to suggest that within the first 24 hours there was a definitive calling card and home address for the perpetrators of the Benghazi attack. Potential suspects and data points emerge early on, but it still takes time to be certain who is responsible," the official said.

Curiously, Obama referred to "acts of terror" in his first public remarks about the attack. But from there, administration officials went on to blame the anti-Islam film.

Rice was the most explicit in that explanation, insisting on a slew of Sunday shows that the attack was not pre-planned and was tied to the film.

Obama still has not publicly and specifically described the Benghazi attack as terrorism.

But top administration officials have gradually walked back Rice's version of events.

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton reportedly suggested Wednesday to foreign leaders visiting the United Nations summit in New York that the Al Qaeda affiliate in North Africa was involved.

"Now with a larger safe haven and increased freedom to maneuver, terrorists are seeking to extend their reach and their networks in multiple directions," Clinton told the group, according to The New York Times. "And they are working with other violent extremists to undermine the democratic transitions under way in North Africa, as we tragically saw in Benghazi."

She was referring to Al Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb.

Clinton earlier this week called the attack terrorism, two weeks after the fact. White House Press Secretary Jay Carney also said that Obama now believes it is terrorism as well.

Netanyahu Defends Western Civilization

The United States of America, in spite of all its economic difficulties, is still the world's strongest military power and the greatest force for good in this world. This week, our president walked into the United Nation's General Assembly and addressed a handful of democracies and a room full of thugs and dictators. Obama offered a mixed message with contradictory lines about the value of free speech and statements like "the future does not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam."

In contrast, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu took to the podium and delivered a passionate defense of human dignity, as well as a stern warning against the spread of radical Islam.

With Western Civilization under increasing attack, the Muslim Brotherhood on the march, an American ambassador and three other U.S. citizens killed in Libya, and Iran developing nuclear weapons, it was left to the leader of a small nation of seven million people to deliver the kind of address that one would expect from a confident American president.

Prime Minister Netanyahu's speech was powerful, and I encourage you to watch it in its entirety.


The Media's Disgusting Bias

If you ever needed proof of the media's anti-Israeli bias, the Associated Press and Reuters provided it yesterday.

Like many public speakers, Prime Minister Netanyahu frequently uses gestures to emphasize his points. In their coverage of his U.N. address, the Associated Press and Reuters both ran a picture of the Israeli prime minister with his arm stretched out and fingers pointed forward in what looks like a Nazi salute. (See them here.)

Of course, it was no such thing. It was simply a random gesture. But out of all the photos that were taken by professional photographers during his remarks, the Associated Press and Reuters chose the one that is the most insulting to the leader of the Jewish state.

It also fits the left-wing media's narrative of Israel as the "new fascist oppressor," when in fact the real fascists are those denying the Holocaust, like Iran's Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, denying the truth about 9/11 like Egypt's Mohamed Morsi, or denying their people freedom of speech and religion like those seeking to imposing Sharia law throughout the world.


Another Day In Obama's World

Radical Islamists have been demanding punishment for the people responsible for producing the obscure online anti-Islamic movie that supposedly caused so much rioting in recent days. During his address to the United Nations, Egypt's Mohamed Morsi said that such "obscenities" were "unacceptable" and added, "We will not allow anyone to do this by word or deed."

Well, guess what? It was reported last night that U.S. officials have arrested Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, an Egyptian Coptic Christian, who is believed to be responsible for the anti-Islamic movie. The charges have nothing to do with the film, but the timing of his arrest certainly seems suspect.

Meanwhile, there was a massive jail break in Saddam Hussein's home town of Tikrit, Iraq. You may recall that Barack Obama pulled out the last U.S. troops in December, even though there were concerns at the time that Iraqi security forces were not up to the job.

At least 10 guards were killed at the Tikrit prison, 32 people were wounded, and scores of prisoners, including many connected to Al Qaeda, escaped. Officials believe this was an "inside job" because the inmates reportedly took the time to burn the prison records in order to "complicate efforts to track down those who escaped."

So while jail doors are flying open in Iraq and jihadists are escaping in droves, here in the United States a "serious threat to peace" -- a bad filmmaker -- sits behind bars.


A Soros-funded Obscenity

A left-wing Super PAC funded by George Soros' son has produced a video featuring blockbuster actor Samuel L. Jackson bashing Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan. But what makes this pro-Obama celebrity endorsement unusual is that the video is a four-minute obscenity-laced rant that concludes with a young girl screaming out of a window, "WAKE THE F--K UP!"

Liberals and their left-wing media allies never miss an opportunity to blame conservatives and the Tea Party for the overheated rhetoric that has lowered our public discourse and divided our nation. It is a lie meant to intimidate and silence conservatives.

This Soros/Jackson video is a disgusting new low in the left's contributions to the coarsening of our culture, not to mention the delinquency of a minor. It should also serve as a clarion call for men and women of faith to redouble their efforts in this election in order to take back this country and defend our cherished values!
    

Innocence of Muslims Film was Made by Terrorists

There is more to the story of Nakoula Basseley Nakoula than what we are told by the media. Court documents reveal that Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, producer of the movie Innocence of Muslims, partnered in a scheme with Eiad Salameh, my first cousin, a Palestinian Muslim from Beit Sahour in the Palestinian district of Bethlehem.

To prove my claim, I revealed Eiad Salameh long before this whole fiasco erupted-in 2008 and the first real reportage of Eiad and Nakoula was revealed on September 14th, 2012.

Now do I have your attention?

The narrative that circulates the media fails to answer crucial questions behind the mystery of this film.

For example, to date, no one has stepped forward or can confirm for certain that whoever holds an identity by the name of Nakoula Basseley Nakoula is that man's true identity. In the Middle East, if a man by the name of Nakoula Basseley Nakoula indeed exists while being blamed for creating a mess of international proportions-which included the anger of over one billion Muslims-it would not be that difficult to find the entire family in Egypt, including brothers, cousins, aunts, siblings wife, wives, ex-wives, mistresses, pets and all.

In the Middle East, no one can hide. Egypt is where the demonstrations that have taken place all over the Middle East and Asia were sparked. Yet, it cannot produce this man's background?

Besides, why would Nakoula, who claims to be a religious Coptic activist, have extensive connections with Eiad? My cousin hated Copts with a passion and is well-known in the Middle East as a master schemer, probably one of the best the Middle East has produced. He also has multiple contacts with terror networks.

Eiad is from Beit Sahour, Bethlehem. He is a dubious individual who was well known in the Arab community as the main contact for obtaining authentic, legitimate identifications from passports to credit cards, under many nationalities. He then places these identifications into the hands of dubious characters whose names are not the names written on the passports.

Eiad is a Muslim terror supporter and is not an Egyptian Copt. Both my cousin Eiad and whoever this man is who pretends to be Nakoula, had multiple, fraudulent identifications and the two connected for a decade in multiple scheming operations-the type that usually links to terrorism.

The Daily Beast reported regarding Nakoula's bust:

The bust came around the time the feds were launching Operation Mountain Express, which would become a huge investigation into pseudoephedrine-dealing involving numerous people of a Middle Eastern background. The authorities initially insisted there were no links to terrorism, but suddenly switched and decided that a chunk of the money was going to Hizbullah.

Eiad, like Nakoula, portrayed and identified himself as an Israeli Jew, a thing Eiad did for years. He even fraudulently holds an authentic Israeli passport.

No one knows for certain that Nakoula is even who he claims to be, but we are 100% certain that both my cousin Eiad and Nakoula had multiple fraudulent identifications and what has never been disclosed until now is that the two were linked for at least a decade.

Islamophobia: Thought Crime of the Totalitarian Future

The apologies never end. In the wake of the Benghazi attacks and the murder of U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens, Barack Obama has just gone to the U.N. and said, with the representatives of Iran and other despotisms in his audience, that the future does not belong to those who slander Mohammed. This was a coded apology for the cartoonish video that this administration continues to believe, in the face of all evidence to the contrary, was the cause of attacks against U.S. diplomatic facilities in Libya and Egypt. This is the delusion that impoliteness about the Prophet, and not planned Islamic terrorism, is the cause of the jihad against us.

This abject appearance by the President before the U.N. was part of a move inside this administration to appease Muslim nations who have begun an offensive to suffocate free speech about the violence and genocide committed in the name of Islam. The U.S. is slowly but certainly accommodating the view that free speech, when it comes to religious (i.e. Muslim) matters, is suspect. We have come to this point, in large part, because of the growing success of the idea that any criticism of Islam is actually a pathology, rather than a legitimate exercise of free speech. It is, in other words, "Islamophobia."

In their pamphlet, Islamophobia: Thought Crime of the Totalitarian Future, David Horowitz and Robert Spencer document how the origin of the word "Islamophobia" is a coinage of the Muslim Brotherhood. They show how the Brotherhood launched a campaign, by ginning up "Islamophobia" as a hate crime, to stigmatize mention of such issues as radical Islam's violence against women and murder of homosexuals, and the constant incitement of many imams to terrorism. The authors make the case that "Islamophobia" is a dagger aimed at the heart of free speech and also at the heart of our national security.

Peter King Calls for Susan Rice's Resignation

Rep. Peter King, the New York Republican who chairs the House Homeland Security Committee, has demanded the resignation of U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Susan Rice in the wake of the Benghazi attack.

King said on CNN Friday that Rice's explanation on the talk shows was "such a failure of foreign policy message and leadership" and "such a misstatement of facts" that "I believe she should resign."

GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney also accused the administration of being dishonest.

"I think it's pretty clear that they haven't wanted to level with the American people. We expect candor from the president and transparency," Romney told Fox News this week. Meanwhile, U.S. intelligence officials sought to explain Friday why the Obama administration's understanding of the Sept. 11 attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi is "evolving."

Facing a barrage of Republican criticism about what the administration knew and when about the attack, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence issued a statement Friday that laid out how officials came to understand the assault that killed U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans. At the same time, the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations issued a statement explaining her early descriptions of the attack.

In the days immediately after the attack, the administration said it believed it was a spontaneous reaction to an anti-Islamic video that ridiculed Islam's Prophet Muhammad and ignited mob protests on U.S. embassies around the Middle East and in North Africa. Now, the administration has begun to call it a terrorist attack carried out by al-Qaida-linked militants and explain that it was a planned attack distinct from the mob protests in the region.

Republicans have seized on the Obama administration's changing narrative, saying the administration was too slow to label it a terrorist attack because, they said, the White House did not want to admit its policies had failed to defeat al-Qaida, and quell anti-American sentiment in the Muslim world.

A new film starring Matt Damon presents American oil and natural gas producers as money-grubbing villains purportedly poisoning rural American towns. It is therefore of particular note that it is financed in part by the royal family of the oil-rich United Arab Emirates.

The creators of Promised Land have gone to absurd lengths to vilify oil and gas companies, as Scribe's Michael Sandoval noted Wednesday. Since recent events have demonstrated the relative environmental soundness of hydraulic fracturing - a technique for extracting oil and gas from shale formations - Promised Land's script has been altered to make doom-saying environmentalists the tools of oil companies attempting to discredit legitimate "fracking" concerns.

While left-leaning Hollywood often targets supposed environmental evildoers, Promised Land was also produced "in association with" Image Media Abu Dhabi, a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Media, according to the preview's list of credits. A spokesperson with DDA Public Relations, which runs PR for Participant Media, the company that developed the film fund backing Promised Land, confirmed that AD Media is a financier. The company is wholly owned by the government of the UAE.

The UAE, a member of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), has a stake in the future of the American fossil fuel industry. Hydraulic fracturing has increased the United States' domestic supply of crude oil and natural gas in areas such as the Bakken shale formation and has the potential to increase domestic production much more in the foreseeable future. That means more oil on the market, and hence lower prices for a globally traded commodity.

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and Mohammed Morsi, arguably the foremost exponents today of Sharia rule, both spoke at the United Nations General Assembly on Wednesday, and their speeches together amounted to an Islamic supremacist wish list for the world.

The foremost item on their list, not surprisingly, was the destruction of Israel, although both knew better in the glare of international media than to state their aspirations quite so baldly.

Ahmadinejad drenched his address in Islamic piety, beginning with a traditional Islamic invocation: "In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful. All Praise Belongs to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, and May Peace and Blessings be upon the Greatest and Trustworthy Prophet and His Pure Progeny, His Chosen Companions, and upon all Divine Messengers. Oh, God, Hasten the Emergence of Your Chosen Beloved, Grant Him Good Health and Victory, Make us His Best Companions, and all those who attest to His Rightfulness." And then: "I thank the Almighty God for having once more the chance to participate in this meeting. We have gathered here to ponder and work together for building a better life for the entire human community and for our nations."

And how can we work together for building a better life? Ahmadinejad ticked off a list of things that he posited had interfered with international brotherhood and harmony, including "egoism, distrust, malicious behaviors, and dictatorships," as well as the Dark Ages and the Crusades (although he didn't mention the centuries of murderous jihad warfare all over the globe).

His list culminated with his principal bogeys, the chief things he believed interfered with global peace: "the occupation of Palestine and imposition of a fake government"; Saddam Hussein's "invasion" of Iran; 9/11 and the subsequent U.S. military actions in Iraq and Afghanistan; and a host of others. Among them, he complained about the supposed denial of "the right to criticize the hegemonic policies and actions of the world Zionism." It was hard not to wonder at such moments in his speech what planet he was on, since the Palestinian jihadist propaganda machine has had such success in demonizing Israel in the world media; but of course a linchpin of that success has been to complain that the situation is exactly the opposite, and so that is what Ahmadinejad did in New York Wednesday.

In a speech that was heavy on Islamic proselytizing, after his survey of the world's ills Ahmadinejad asked: "Does anybody believe that continuation of the current order is capable of bringing happiness for human society?" And further: "Who is responsible for all these sufferings and failures?" He left that question unanswered at that point, although at another point he railed against the "uncivilized Zionists," and he went on to delineate his prescription: "There is no doubt that the world is in need of a new order and a fresh way of thinking." Foremost this would be "an order in which man is recognized as God's Supreme Creature, enjoying material and spiritual qualities and possessing a pure and divine nature filled with a desire to seek justice and truth." Consequently he called upon the nations to "place our trust in God Almighty and stand against the acquisitive minority" - in other words, to adopt Sharia and stand against Israel.

Muslim 'Offenses' Are About Power, Not Words

The historian Nils Rune Langeland, a Professor at the University of Stavanger in Norway, dared to make some statements about possible future conflicts caused by Multiculturalism and mass immigration that the establishment, self-appointed guardians of Goodness, did not like. Frithjof Jacobsen, formerly the vocalist in a hard rock band and currently the leader of newspaper VG's regular columnists, toyed in a column with the idea that maybe the security services should quietly search the flat of Mr. Langeland. He even suggested that the good Professor perhaps deserved to be "tarred and feathered" for his views.

This full-length essay was published in the country's arguably most powerful newspaper and was illustrated by a drawing made by respected illustrator Roar Hagen, showing the Norwegian Police Security Service (PST) spying on a brain filled with ideas about an Islamic threat to Europe and the Western world. Columnist Jacobsen furthermore wrote that Anders Behring Breivik's mass murder was simply the "natural product" of mudslingers on the Internet who tirelessly keep repeating the same otherworldly tales about a supposed Islamic threat to our societies. In his opinion, using Breivik's atrocities to confront people harboring such opinions is "completely natural," since their criticism of Islamic aggression and terrorism means that they "share opinions with terrorists and murderers."

Frithjof Jacobsen suggested that one of these dangerous and extremist ideas that should be confronted and possibly lead to closer personal surveillance by the country's security services is the use of the term "dhimmi." Yet this is a perfectly acceptable Arabic word that has been part and parcel of Islamic vocabulary and mentality for over a thousand years. Mr. Jacobsen thus first and foremost betrayed his own profound ignorance and mistook this for tolerance, which is a fairly common flaw for his kind of people.

Dhimmis are non-Muslims under Islamic rule who are not just second-rate citizens in their own country but could almost be described as non-citizens, lacking basic rights and protection for themselves and their families in many situations. Dhimmis are supposed to be subservient and obedient to Muslims at all times and are required to forever pay them substantial amounts of protection money, jizya, in "willing submission" to Islamic rule.

Muslims love to portray themselves as innocent, blameless victims and predictably complain after nearly every Jihadist terror attack that all Muslims should not be punished for the actions of a few individuals. However, they carefully leave out the fact that this is precisely what their own Islamic law and logic dictates for non-Muslims.

If even one non-Muslim dhimmi says or does something that displeases a Muslim, this can and sometimes does trigger violent retribution against his entire community. In practice, a mere rumor falsely planted by a Muslim who holds a personal grudge against a specific non-Muslim can be enough to trigger riots, murder and mayhem. This means that non-Muslims in countries harboring sizable Muslim populations live under a constant shadow of fear of Muslim violence and abuse. If one of them at any given time says something critical of Islam or its founder, this can trigger violent attacks and murder against his entire clan, tribe or nation based on the flimsiest excuse.

What Western mass media have nearly universally failed to point out is that Muslims have now advanced to the point where they treat the entire Western world as dhimmis, hostages to Muslim abuse and threats of violence. On September 11th 2012, the anniversary of the 9/11 Jihadist attacks against the USA, Muslim mobs attacked several American embassies in the Middle East and killed the US Ambassador in Libya, Christopher Stevens. Evidence indicates that this attack had been planned in advance.

Muslim Violence is Our New Law

Over two centuries ago a group of British colonists huddling amid the forests and rivers of a new continent decided what they could and could not say by killing enough soldiers and mercenaries that the people who had been in charge of their speech decided they should try their luck somewhere where the regulating was easier.

 

This state of affairs in which the country that those colonists formed became and remains one of the very few places in the world, even among Western democracies, where freedom of speech is absolute, came about through stirring speeches, deeply felt debates, classical ideas and a passionate political culture-- but most of all it came about because large numbers of people were willing to kill over it.

Currently large numbers of people are willing to kill over the idea that Islam is the supreme religion, that Mohammed is a deity whom all mankind should respect and that the infidels living in the suburban sprawl of a thoroughly explored continent should accept that or die. Our government calls those people a tiny minority of extremists. Our unofficial name for them is, "Muslims."

Laws are decided by many things, but sweep away all the lawbooks, the pleas from tearful mothers, the timed publicity campaigns, the novel legal theories and the greedy bureaucrats expanding their turf, and under the table you will find a gun. The first and final law is still the law of force. The law begins with the power to impose its will on others. It ends with the enforcement of that power.

Among the horrors, the marauders cut off the ears and noses of several of their victims. A note praising Islam was found inside one disemboweled body.

The foreign dead included 31 Swiss, 10 Japanese, five Germans, four Britons one a child a Bulgarian, a Colombian and a French citizen. The Japanese victims were four newlywed couples and an elderly couple on their second honeymoon.

The man who ordered that atrocity, Mustafa Hamza was just pardoned by Mohammed Morsi, the Muslim Brotherhood President of Egypt.

After two weeks of steady denials that recent strikes on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya, and the U.S. embassy in Cairo, Egypt, were terrorist attacks -- along with blaming a YouTube clip for violence and unrest in all of the Muslim world -- this week opened with another smooth move from Team Hope-n-Change.

Kicking off his latest oratorical mini-seminar this week at the UN General Assembly, Barack Obama belted out a 30-minute paean to free speech and tolerance. He also grudgingly reserved only two paragraphs near the end of his screed to address what should have been his main point, the threat posed by Iran's nuclear ambitions. Although two weeks late-to-need, the speech was nonetheless underwhelming when it finally arrived.

While the majority of his remarks were supposed to be devoted to advocacy for free speech and mutual respect between differing religions and worldviews, Obama undermined his own case by once again rejecting the individual free speech rights of the producer of the 14-minute YouTube clip, "The Innocence of Muslims." He declared that the "crude and disgusting" video had "sparked outrage" among Muslims for its disparaging remarks about Mohammed. (As a side note, the man responsible for the video, Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, was arrested Thursday because unsupervised Internet activity allegedly violates his parole from a previous conviction.)

'Unskewed' polls show nearly 8-point Romney lead

Website adjusts major surveys by 'removing Democratic Party bias'

NEW YORK - Arguing that most of the major polls reported by establishment media are "skewed" in favor of the Democratic Party and incumbent Barack Obama, a website contends that a true gauge of the presidential race, based on more realistic models, shows Republican challenger Mitt Romney leading by an average of nearly eight points.

In its daily readjustment of the polling data, UnskewedPoll.com also produces a table showing the spread in President Obama's approval/disapproval ratio is an average of 8.8 percent more disapproval, as of Monday.

Not a single major poll or approval/disapproval index favors Obama when Unskewed.com's analysis is applied.

The website says there is Democratic bias in polling because of over-sampling Democrats based on voter exit polls in the 2008 presidential election, when enthusiasm for a then relatively unknown but charismatic presidential candidate boosted Democratic Party voter registration and turnout to historic levels.

Republicans have complained that the establishment media's voter-turnout models can serve a partisan purpose by presenting margins that keep discouraged Republican voters at home thinking the election is already lost.

Signs Obama losing

Despite the establishment media narrative that the Romney campaign is behind and in disarray, there are abundant signs the Obama campaign is behind and scrambling not to lose further ground:

• On Saturday, Obama campaign manager Jim Messina insisted to reporters that despite national polls showing Romney and Obama locked in a tie, Obama is still winning.
• WND reported last week Obama's chief financier, Penny Pritzker, has entered the Hawaii housing market to buy a retirement home for the president and his family that will be available not in 2016, but in January 2013.
• On the eve of the opening session of the General Assembly, the Obama administration's Middle Eastern policy appears to be imploding in the wake of the murder of U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens in an attack that intelligence sources believe was coordinated by jihadists tied to al-Qaida. The administration, nevertheless, insisted the attack was a response to an anti-Muslim movie trailer produced in the U.S.
• Initial jobless claims for the week ending Sept. 15 were a seasonally adjusted 382,000, exceeding forecasts of 375,000, suggesting no improvement in the percentage of Americans unemployed could be anticipated before the November election, as reported by Wall Street Journal Market Watch.
• Politico has reported that in the latest Politico-George Washington University Battleground Poll with middle-class families, which constitute approximately 54 percent of the electorate and usually split their vote between Democratic and Republican candidates, Romney holds a 14-point advantage, 55 percent to 41 percent.

Bishop E.W. Jackson Message to Black Christians

Note that Bishop Jackson is not endorsing Mitt Romney or the Republican Party and never once mentions Barack Obama. His testimony is merely an indictment of the Democrat Party, not from a racial or partisan perspective, but from a Christian one.

Honestly, I would love to hear anyone attempt to argue against the points the Bishop makes about Planned Parenthood, same sex marriage, and most especially the Democratic Party's attacks against God, up to and including the booing of God last month at the Democratic convention in Charlotte (something the Bishop mentions in the video).
