Bundle Up with Maverick Spirit
The cool autumn weather brings cool opportunities to campus. Just around the corner is an abundance of events in which your organization is invited to participate, including the Most Awesome Extreme Challenge and Deck the Mall.
Also, the Division of Student Affairs invites you to wear your blue and orange and sport your school spirit around campus, especially on "Spirit Fridays." The UT Arlington Ambassadors have two upcoming opportunities for you to demonstrate your Maverick pride to win prizes and T-shirts: MavSwap and Maverick Monday.

Congratulations!

William Nutt, president of the Anthropology Club and UT Arlington graduate student, helped unearth rare images of Western art. The scene was discovered at an Etruscan site in Italy on a small fragment from a ceramic vessel that is more than 2,600 years old. Cick here for more information about his discovery.

Program Assistance Funds are University-granted monies supplied every year to provide campus organizations supplemental funding for their events and attendance to conferences. Space Reservations
Remember, when you're reserving a classroom for your meeting, you must reserve and confirm the space through the Registrar (Davis Hall) using your approved Campus Event Planning Sheet from SGO. Academic spaces, just like rooms in the UC, must be reserved at least two class days in advance. Same day requests will not be honored. University College is proud to offer the Student Veterans' Workshop Series, a new program specially designed to meet the unique needs of student veterans at UT Arlington. This series of workshops centered around building academic success and confronting transitional challenges is presented by a fellow student veteran along with assistance from some of UT Arlington's faculty and staff.
