TURKEY PEPPERONI!
Folks have been asking us for the past few years for a tasty turkey pepperoni. Last spring Tim attended a seminar & learned the basics, and our first batch just finished aging. It is delicious - tangy & flavorful. We will be offering it sliced and by the stick.
Update .... the first batch of pepperoni is selling so quickly that we have the second one underway. However, it needs to age for at least 2 weeks, so will not be ready until May 11th.
Ask for a taste the next time you stop in.

SMOKED CHEESE!
We've been offering our smoked cheeses since mid winter. After some experimentation, we think we have just the right amount of smokey flavor to enhance each cheese. Flavors include:

Speaking of Cheese.....
There's a new flavor of sliced cheese offered at our deli - Marbled Blue Jack. A unique combination of true Blue Cheese & Pepper Jack, it adds a gourmet flavor to burgers, sandwiches and salads. Also available in 1.5# pkg.

We have added a limited line of Vermont Organic Soap products with more on the way. We're offering Foaming Hand Wash in various scents & Liquid Sunshine, a concentrated all purpose cleaner. We also have pure African Shea Butter ~ this is a wonderful moisturizer/soother for chapped lips and hands.
