Surprised doesn't come close to what I  was thinking when the results of some polling were presented to me years ago. After wondering who our customer "really" was, a survey was commissioned to find out "who" was behind "what" was being purchased. Given the overwhelmingly male merchandise in the store, It didn't make much sense that so many women were in the shop each day. Lo and behold, over 50% of the customers at the cash register each day were women. Probably no surprise to women, but it certainly was to this male owner of the store.So armed with this bit of info, we set out to try and fit that into our future merchandising plans. What we hope to continue to strive for is a store that saves women time, and adds simplicity to  their hectic shopping lives, while remaining true to our heritage. This eLetter is dedicated to all the women who know us as the best kept secret in Short Hills. Face it ladies, your going to be shopping for the men and kids in your lives over the coming weeks, might as well take some of that money you save here and reward your self for a job well done, by shopping  at Bill's of course...
