OK, September is here, the kids are back in school successfully, and you're trying to squeeze every last day of summer out of what mother nature has to offer. Add to that a nice cool period of weather, and the idea of getting outdoors suddenly becomes a whole lot more appealing. I foolishly pulled my own kayak out of the water in early September last year, but not this year, there's still time  to enjoy the water, and I won't get fooled again LOL

 

At the store, we see our outdoor customers a little less than normal, as there's really no reason to buy the new seasons merchandise yet. The fall weather has yet to show up and winter weather is barely on the horizon. But make no doubt, we are busy at the store moving things, sorting out our new fall merchandise ( my gosh, did I really buy all this stuff?) and generally gearing up for the start of another season.
