While we hope to entertain, reveal, and educate, if nothing else, it may give your mind a quick break from your hectic work day.

Rain Gear
With the end of winter nearing, one thing's for certain, soon, the falling snow will change to rain drops. Fortunately for our customers, it is precisely this time of year when we begin to receive and merchandise onto the sale floor all the new offerings of weatherproof jackets we reviewed last summer on our buying trips. Even after 20 years associated with BILL'S, I remain amazed when customers come into the store and tell me how surprised they are to see so many options when they say "I need a raincoat". Looking at our store through their eyes, I can see why.
From emergency ponchos that you can stow in your cars glove box, to $250 waterproof breathable Goretex jackets, we really do have every base covered. It truly is surprising to see how many options you have to choose from.

VIBRAM Five Fingers
 One of the most popular items in the store in recent memory will FINALLY be back on stock this month, perhaps even as you are reading this newsletter. Yes, I'm talking about the newest ( move over Crocs) "quirky shoe" to hit your wardrobe, VIBRAM Five Fingers.

Meet 'Bill'...
I've been called a lot of things in my life. Many flattering, many motivating and many you won't get me to repeat here. So when customers in Bill's started calling me "Junior" 20 years ago during my first year of work here, I just smiled. I was the new fresh face, in my early thirties who looked like the heir apparent to succeed "Bill" at his store. I just had to be his son, why else would I be here?
Well, I did indeed succeed "Bill" when he decided to retire a few years after I started. But that just started the fun.
