NEW!! Wild Rose Year-End Awards

For 2011 the AEF is please to introduce a year end awards program, as part of the Wild Rose provincial competition program.

Awards will be given on an overall provincial basis as well as on a zone basis using the 8 Alberta Provicial Sport Zones (view large map) and will consist of the following:

AWARDS (tentative - subject to revision)

 1.     AEF Wild Rose Zone Class - Champion and Reserve

2.     AEF Wild Rose Zone Division - Champion and Reserve

3.     AEF Wild Rose Provincial Class Champion

4.     AEF Wild Rose Junior Provincial Division Champion

5.     AEF Wild Rose Adult Provincial Division Champion

6.     AEF Wild Rose Provincial Equitation: High Point Awards

Competitors must register to the awards program, and may then accumulate points toward a variety of year end awards.  Once registered, competitors may accumulate points toward those awards at AEF Wild Rose-sanctioned competitions, as well as at competitions that are not Wild Rose-sanctioned (some restrictions apply).  Please note: results from at least one Wild Rose-sanctioned show must be submitted over the course of the year for any non-sanctioned results to be tabulated toward year end awards.

Points earned at Wild Rose sanctioned shows will by multiplied by two (2), meaning points will be worth twice as much over points earned at non Wild-Rose sanctioned shows.

Results from Wild Rose-sanctioned shows will be submitted to the AEF office by the show.  Registered participants are responsible for submitting results earned at non-Wild Rose-Santioned competitions to the AEF office, by submitting the Results Reporting Form (available form the AEF office) and a copy of the show prizelist within 10 days of the end of the show.

For more information please visit the website and to register for the program please click on the following link: Wild Rose Awards Registration Form
