In the new year, we receive many questions regarding business maintenance. It's important to remember that to maintain compliance, a corporation or LLC should file an annual report in a timely manner. The new year is also a good time to do business "clean-up" - update bylaws and operating agreements, hold a meeting and document decisions that are made in your business. Corporation or LLC?
