Nassau Suffolk Bakers Meeting


 Nassau/Suffolk  Bakers Association held their last meeting of the year with a show and tell party. Members brought in their Holiday specialties and traded formulas, hints, suggestions on the successes of the different products they featured for the year end. Cookies featuring Santa, snowmen, snowflakes, gingerbread men, ornaments and more  were on display.  Truffles were cellophane wrapped with festive bows, a gingerbread house to put together was shown, German cake specialties were featured; stollen, lebkuchen, pfeffermusse and spitz kuchen. Miniature cakes were decorated with holiday colors and members enjoyed sampling the show pieces.

Atlantic Bakery Expo    March 18th & 19th 2012

All New York State Baker's, members will receive a free advance registration ticket. Tickets available at local meetings only. All advance registrations must be completed online by February 12, 2012

The Atlantic Bakery Expo is proudly presented by the New Jersey Bakers Board of Trade and the New York State Association of Manufacturing Retail Bakers,the 2012 Atlantic Bakery Expo is sure to be a crowd pleaser. We're excited about all the opportunities the 2012 show has to offer, we can almost smell the fresh donuts, cookies and breads baking now!!

In addition we are expanding the to include deli, prepared foods, cheese and salty snacks to give attendees an even greater selection of products for their establishments.

The 2012 show is packed full of action. We've put together a complete educational program with demonstrations, seminars and hands-on classes to go along with a trade show floor packed with all the exhibitors you need. The schedule continues to grow and is sure to keep you busy.

The 2012 Atlantic Bakery Expo is more than one show now that we are adding so many new product lines for you to see. We believe our expansion will help meet your need for new products to help increase profits in your bakeries and these exhibitors will show you how easy it can be.
