Christmas and the New Year looms with dealers and salespeople busy pushing to get their cars prepared and delivered, before the year runs out.
So, if you get chance to read this newsletter, everyone at Martec would like to wish you a fantastic Christmas period and a tremendous New Year. Of course we would normally send you a card, but this year we are donating the cost to Cancer Research.

Everyone at Martec would like to thank you for your support and custom during 2011, it's been a hectic year for us and we'd like to share some of what we've been doing with our clients.
This year our TelephoneSuccess™ team listened to around half-a-million calls, that's hours of telephone conversations between your staff and your customers. They went on to identify thousands of key 'Profit Opportunities' and published them for Managers at 100's of businesses to review.
The ShowroomScout™ team had around 50,000 conversations with potential car buyers, helping them buy more cars and to fine tune your customer's experience and sales strategies.
Mentor.net, our Enquiry Management System, helped Managers and their teams look after around 200,000 new enquires this year and supported sales teams in their efforts to sell over 72,000 vehicles.
So congratulations and a big thank you to all of the sales and service people we work with and we look forward to working with you in 2012. |
