The Celebration of the Arts will be held at MCS on Friday, May 7th and the Fine Arts Boosters are looking for volunteers to fill the following positions:

If you are unable to volunteer but would be able to donate; the following items are needed for concessions:
100 Hot Dogs and Buns
150 Hamburgers and Buns
7lbs of Tomatoes
4 Large Heads of Lettuce
5lbs of Bananas
5 Large Watermelons
120 Slices of American Cheese
25lbs of Potatoes
4 Large Heads of Cabbage
2 Large Bags of Celery
1 Large Bag of Carrots
4lbs of Onions
2 Bottles of Mustard
1 Restaurant Size Container of Mayonnaise
1 Small Bag of Sugar
2 Gallons of Milk
4 Large Containers of Cool Whip
2 Large Cans of Vanilla Pudding (pre-made)
1 Gallon of Lemonade Concentrate (to make 5 gallons)
4 Large Restaurant Size Iced Tea Bags
2 Chaffing Dish Sets with Steno (aluminum)
3 Medium Aluminum Pans
10 Large Aluminum Pans
400 Cups and Lids
400 Straws
If you are unable to volunteer or donate a food item; the following items are needed on loan for concessions:
2 Small or 1 Large Gas Grill
1 Large Electric Roaster
Grilling Utensils
