It is very important for SMART Tuition Service to have your e-mail address on file!  Those who pay by invoice should be receiving statements in the mail each month stating how much you owe. Please let us know if you are not.

     Those who pay by auto-withdrawal from a checking or savings account received an initial letter from SMART in September stating how much would be withdrawn from their account each month. This letter did not include, however, any additional miscellaneous fees that may be added to the account during the year, for things such as sports participation, study hall, gym uniforms, etc. If you have tuition auto-withdrawn from a bank account automatically, it is IMPERATIVE that SMART has your e-mail address on file! This is the ONLY way SMART notifies families as to any extra fees added to their account during the school year. If you are not notified, it will make for an unpleasant surprise when more is withdrawn from your account than you planned. It is important that SMART receive your e-mail address ASAP, as there will be extra fees withdrawn from many accounts on February 3^rd.

     You may add your e-mail address to the SMART website by using your personal family login information that was sent to you in September at www.smarttuition.com or you may call SMART at (866)396-9843 to give them your e-mail address.  If you have any further questions, please see or call Mrs. Shumaker in the Business Office at (586) 751-8980.
