SMART Tuition Announcement!
There has been some concern expressed as to the timing of some additional fees added to the SMART Tuition accounts which are due December 1st. These are Sports Fees, Weekly Newspaper Fees, Lock Fees, Planner Fees, English Resource Book Fees, etc. to name a few. Perhaps our timing was not the best on this, as we are closely approaching the Christmas season, and you did not get much advance warning before the due date. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused! We have made the following arrangement with SMART, so that this does not cause undue hardship to our families during the Christmas season. None of these fees will be due until February.
If you are a family that receives invoices, the charges will still show on your account statement, but you will not be charged late fees on them, if you do not pay them, until after February 1st.
If you are a family that has tuition auto debited from a checking or savings account, these fees will not be taken out of your account until February 3rd. We hope that this will alleviate any concerns you have. Please feel free to contact Mrs. Shumaker, in the Business Office, with any further concerns or questions you may have. |
Volunteers are needed to transport students from Hope Community Baptist Church back to MCS after they practice for the Secondary Christmas Concert on the morning of Thursday, December 3rd. Please contact Ms. Hafemeister to volunteer.

**Men are needed this day to move tables and boxes
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, December 8-10
8:30am - 2:30pm
8 or more people needed each day
Duties include wrappers, cashiers, and shopping assistants
