Enrolled kindergarten children and their families are encouraged to attend the Kindergarten Meet & Greet
on Friday, August 31, 2012 from
4-5pm. Please join us in the kindergarten playground area to meet your assigned classroom teacher and learn more about our school
programs.

Families of Kindergarteners and New students are invited to enjoy coffee and doughnuts in the auditorium after drop-off on Tuesday, September 4, 2012. Come meet  members of the PTA Board and learn about many of the incredible PTA-sponsored events that take place throughout the school year.

Holmes Elementary welcomes school
supply donations by parents and  families in these tight budget times. Each grade level has composed a list of supplies that enhance the learning experience at home and at school. Please note, these supplies
are not mandatory or required but OPTIONAL and at the discretion
of parents and families. The staff of Holmes Elementary appreciates your consideration and generosity.

All Holmes families are invited to join the PTA
for ice cream and a family movie to celebrate the start of the new school year. Come out and reconnect with other Holmes families as we kick-off another fabulous school year on
Friday, September 7, 2012.

Cub Scouting offers boys a year-round, 
family-oriented program that is filled with character-building activities. Holmes Cub Scout Pack 299 would like to invite families of boys in 1st-5th grade to join us for an evening of FUN at our Pack Meeting on Thursday, September 13, 2012 at 6:30 PM in the Holmes Auditorium.
