We encourage everyone to attend the PTA Association Meeting next Thursday, April 28th at 6:30PM, to cast your vote.  Members that are in good standing for 30 days prior to the election may vote.  Our nominating committee did a wonderful job selecting each candidate, but any current PTA member can show up to the PTA Association Meeting on April 28th and run for any position.

Our VP, Ways and Means position is still open.  As California's ongoing budget crisis continues to threaten the education our children receive, we need your help to bridge the gap between providing just the basics and maintaining high quality programs.  Holmes' PTA is currently searching for a VP of Ways and Means and several chair positions needed to support the programs and activities that help to enrich our students' experiences.  CLICK HERE for a brief description of these positions.  If you have questions or interest, please contact holmespta@yahoo.com.  Anyone interested just needs to show up at our election on Thursday and announce your interest.
