How do people learn?
What is worth learning?
And how can we work together to create powerful learning opportunities for young people across San Diego?
Faces of Learning San Diego invites you to discuss these questions, and to share stories of significant learning from your own life, at its inaugural event on Wednesday, March 23, 2011 from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. at High Tech High International (2855 Farragut Road, 92106). All members of the community are welcome and encouraged to attend. CLICK HERE for more information or visit the Faces of Learning website.

This year we are inviting our Clairemont schools to join in our birthday party, a mini car show featuring some classic and sports cars and freshly crafting junk art with our friends and artist of Our Planet Recycling. Our 3rd Annual Cake Show theme is Outer Space. Friday night preview for the Silent Auction will include a movie night in the courtyard with yummy pizza for dinner. And this year we're inviting all those Star Wars movie fans to add to the festivities by coming dressed up as their favorite character.
