This year we are inviting our Clairemont schools to join in our birthday party, a mini car show featuring some classic and sports cars and freshly crafting junk art with our friends and artist of Our Planet Recycling. Our 3rd Annual Cake Show theme is Outer Space. Friday night preview for the Silent Auction will include a movie night in the courtyard with yummy pizza for dinner. And this year we're inviting all those Star Wars movie fans to add to the festivities by coming dressed up as their favorite character.

| Nominating Committee | |

At the beginning of each year, the Holmes PTA membership needs to elect a Nominating Committee. The purpose of the nominating committee is to select the best-qualified people to fill the elected PTA Board positions.
The Nominating Committee will be elected at the February 24, 2011 PTA meeting. Three (3) members and two (2) alternates make up the committee and no member can serve for two consecutive years. All candidates must be PTA members.
Once the committee is established, it contacts potential nominees and presents the candidates to the membership prior to the annual election in the spring.
