Holmes PTA

Nominating Cmte

At the beginning Nominating Cmteof each year, the Holmes PTA membership needs to elect a Nominating Committee.  The purpose of the nominating committee is to select the best-qualified people to fill the elected PTA Board positions.

The nominating committee is elected at the next PTA association meeting in February 2011.  Three (3) members and two (2) alternates make up the committee and no member can serve for two consecutive years.  All candidates must be PTA members.

Once the committee is established, it contacts potential nominees and presents the candidates to the membership prior to the annual election in the spring.

You can have a tremendous influence on the future of our PTA as a member of this committee!  If interested, please contact the PTA Parliamentarian, Leigh Connor-Moyers at leigh.connor-moyers@holmespta.org
