Holmes PTA | |

At the beginning of each year, the Holmes PTA membership needs to elect a Nominating Committee. The purpose of the nominating committee is to select the best-qualified people to fill the elected PTA Board positions.
The nominating committee is elected at the next PTA association meeting in February 2011. Three (3) members and two (2) alternates make up the committee and no member can serve for two consecutive years. All candidates must be PTA members.
Once the committee is established, it contacts potential nominees and presents the candidates to the membership prior to the annual election in the spring.
You can have a tremendous influence on the future of our PTA as a member of this committee! If interested, please contact the PTA Parliamentarian, Leigh Connor-Moyers at leigh.connor-moyers@holmespta.org

| Thank you for your support! | |
We appreciate all of our families and community members who donated items, attended and/or supported the Madison Community of Schools Rummage Sale. There were quite a few items sold in support of our Holmes' PTA. We appreciate Premier Dance Studio representing our school by allowing students to perform a variety of wonderful dance numbers. We also appreciate our vendor, Trinity Baking Company, providing delectable sweet treats. A special, "Thank you", goes out to Jennifer Lonack for helping to set up for the event as well as to Mr. Thompson, Hollie Karl, and our PTA President, Carleen Thompson for selling items. Mrs. Thompson stayed and worked the entire day! Our Holmes' parents make quite a team!
