Benefits of walking barefoot on the ground

 

 

 Ever feel the urge to walk barefoot on the beach or feel the grass between your toes? As it turns out, this urge goes much deeper than simply feeling good. It has been repeatedly demonstrated that there is a significant electrical interaction between the Earth and each one of us.

 

This is one of the reasons that we believe the footbath detox sessions work so well.  They help to significantly reduce and neutralize free radicals throughout the body. 

Earth, as it turns out, has an abundance of electrons.  This charge does not interact with us too often since we live in insulated buildings and wear insulated footwear.   In other words, we rarely touch the ground!
 

If a person with an excessive negative charge, or an excess of electrons, steps onto the ground, the excess will be absorbed into the Earth.   If a person has a positive charge, or a deficiency of electrons, then the Earth will supply what is needed to achieve homeostasis (balance).   This is a truly amazing discovery: stepping on the ground electrically balances you!

 

You can take an individual and muscle test them with their cell phone and they will muscle test weak.  You take the same person and have them kick their shoes off and place their barefeet on the ground and then they will muscle test strong while they are holding their cell phone. 

 

 

Why does touching the ground matter?

 

 

For many centuries, humans, like all animals, walked on the ground without insulating barriers between the Earth and our feet.   It is common knowledge that the soles of our feet are extremely sensitive due to a high concentration of nerve endings.   Since nerve tissue is electrically conductive, it is easy to understand that the bottoms of our feet are highly conductive surfaces (again, why the footbaths work so effectively.)

Because of the conductivity of our soles, it was proposed that perhaps there was an electrical interaction between the Earth's negative charge and our bodies.   This hypothesis was tested many times and the results were nothing short of amazing.

Researchers found that there was a significant relation between the charge of our bodies and the ground.   In fact, it has been determined that the Earth acts as a natural neutralizer.
 

 

Food for thought - I have also done this same test with an individual holding a Bible and guess what -- they muscle test strong on their cell phone.  Now, tell me - if you see this done, it will make a Believer out of you, that is for sure.


Why is all this Barefoot Talk Significant??

In the past twenty years, we have witnessed an explosion of research conducted on human physiology and disease.   What has been discovered has prompted almost global awareness of the importance of antioxidants and the process of oxidation.    Oxidation, literally the same process of iron rusting, has been found to greatly contribute to aging and the formation of disease.

The culprits are free radicals.     A free radical is a molecule that has become unstable because of the lack of an electron.   Free radicals will 'take' electrons from other molecules in order to become stable, but in the process they produce more free radicals. In time, free radicals can damage any tissue and lead to aging and disease.

Get rid of the junk (junk comes in many forms, not just free radicals)

 

Stay on some sort of regular detoxification program

 

Put the right type of nutrients in that are customized to your body

 

Stay hydrated with proper fluids

Gall Bladder Removed and Still the Pain Didn't Go Away!

 

Ever since I was young I could eat anything I wanted to and never have a problem, not a stomachache nor weight gain.  But little did I know the damage that I was doing.  Around my mid-twenties I began to have stomach problems and heartburn.  I was unaware that the things that I was putting in my body, food and prescription medication were causing such problems.  When I sought medical attention the doctor just kept prescribing more drugs, which would treat my symptoms, yet cure nothing.  After an extremely painful emergency room visit, it was determined that my inflamed gall bladder had to be removed. Being a person who believes the Lord put everything in our bodies for a reason, I was a little apprehensive about having anything removed.  The worst part was I really thought I had no other option because the doctors told me that that was the only way to alleviate my stomach problems.  After the procedure I was given no dietary instructions and once again was prescribed more medication.  While the doctors continued to bill my insurance carrier, I was left in worse shape than before.  After the surgery everything that irritated my stomach before still did, yet now I had to contend with emergency bathroom breaks and I developed a horrible chest pain that would occur on average twice a week.  When I went back to the doctor again, they claim they were dumb founded and couldn't do anything else, except prescribe once again, more drugs.  So there I was at the age of 29, on four separate prescription drugs, extremely bad chest pains, constant fear of having to rush to the restroom while away from home, steady weight gain, and a pocket full of Rolaids and Alka-Seltzer.

 

            It was at this time where I knew I had to seek an alternative solution.  For a while my wife had been telling me about  Dr.Val and what she did, at first I was not sure but I had exhausted all other options.  Having my gall bladder removed was the worst thing I could have done, seeking a naturopathic doctor's help was the best thing I could have done.  Once she began to explain to me what was going on in my body I learned to understand it and aid it in its processes.  She explained that removing my gall bladder most likely could have been avoided by simple diet choices and vitamin supplements.  Dr. Val did not give me a strict diet to follow; yet she explained the differences in foods and what my body lacked and what I needed to avoid.  The vitamins and oils she gave me have made a tremendous difference in my quality of life, and I feel healthier now that I ever did.  My only regret is that I wish I had met her earlier and maybe could have prevented a lot of my troubles.  In addition to feeling healthier and more energetic, I have also lost nearly 25 pounds in the process.  I find it hard to believe that God created man and said, "I hope you figure out how to make drugs someday."  There is a natural way to solve illnesses and pain and thanks to Dr. Val I am living a lot healthier life.
