It sometimes surprises people to learn there is a need for public health care programs in our communities and that the Vista Health Center in Palatine is, in fact, among the busiest Cook County clinics.  

 

The Cook County Health and Hospitals System Board is exploring the possibility of opening a second health clinic in the northwest suburbs to serve the working poor and uninsured who live in the area.
