Celebrate the rich history of jazz in D.C. and enjoy great music during Jazz in the 'Hoods presented by the Washington Convention and Sports Authority. Jazz in the 'Hoods brings the excitement of the DC Jazz Festival to the more intimate atmosphere of favorite neighborhood restaurants, clubs, hotels and galleries. Performances feature local and internationally known jazz artists in neighborhoods such as Adams Morgan, Georgetown, U Street, Southwest, Woodley Park and Capitol Hill. Most performances are FREE.

Get up close and personal with some of D.C.'s hottest wheels. A host of D.C. government agencies present more than 20 vehicles used to provide vital city services for viewing and exploration at the annual "Truck Touch" at RFK Stadium. This family-friendly FREE event showcases high-tech vehicles and operational equipment including plows, trucks, wreckers, front end loaders and police helicopters.

Nationals host Cincy, Pittsburgh,
White Sox and KC In June
The Washington Nationals host 12 games at Nats Park in June. First up is a six-day stretch against the Cincinnati Reds (June 4-6) and the Pittsburgh Pirates (June 8-10). The Nats close out the month against the White Sox and Kansas City in back-to-back series June 18-23.
The date circled on calendars throughout the region? June 8. After burning through the minor leagues, pitching phenom Stephen Strasburg will make his major league debut at Nats Park against the Pirates that day. The action is heating up in Nats Park - don't miss it.

United for D.C. Celebrity Golf Tournament
1757 Golf Course 12 - 6 p.m.
Join D.C. United players and coaches for the ninth Annual Celebrity Golf Tournament at the 1757 Golf Course in Dulles, Va. Each foursome has the opportunity to play with a United player or coach, a TV or radio personality, a current or retired professional athlete or other celebrity. All proceeds benefit United for D.C.'s literacy, health and after-school soccer programs. Click here to register.
At RFK Stadium, United host three home games in June, including a pair of games against Real Salt Lake June 2 & 5 and a charity match against the El Salvador National Team June 19.
