HALLOWEEN PARTY!!!!
It is that time of year again canine friends.  We will be hosting our "DOGS ONLY" Halloween Party on Friday, October 30th.  Because of the fantastic turn out in past years, we are asking all dogs be booked in advance.  We need to make sure our daycare will be staffed accordingly.  If you do not book the day in advance, we cannot guarantee that there will be space available.  We also require that all dogs do a full day of daycare that day in order to participate in all festivities: best costume contest, bobbing for apples, cake and frosty paws.
Bring your dogs dressed in their favorite Halloween costume and we will take their picture for them to bring home to you. Pictures will be taken as soon as they arrive in the morning with retakes throughout the day for those who were too excited in the morning.  Then in the afternoon, we will be having the dogs "bob for apples" and enjoying special doggie Halloween cake and frosty paws.  We will be taking as many pictures as we can of all the events during the day.  We will also be having another contest for everyone to vote on his or her favorite costume.  Please remember, we know that all the dogs look fabulous and everyone will think their dog is the best dressed, but to be fair we will only accept votes for other family's dogs.  The winning dog will win a free day of day care.  GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE!!

IMPORTANT REMINDER:
PLEASE WATCH YOUR DOG AROUND ALL THE CANDY. ALTHOUGH CANDY IS NOT GOOD FOR DOGS CHOCOLATE CAN BE VERY TOXIC AND MAKE YOUR DOG VERY ILL.

MSPCA CLOSED SEPTEMBER 30TH
Thanks to a few local people and rescue groups the shelter on West Elm Extension on the  Easton/Brockton line will remain open to help pets in need.

It will no longer be the MSPCA-It will now be called the  "Animal Protection Center of South Eastern Massachusetts."

The Mission of the APCSM is to operate an open admission animal care and adoption facility, with focus on prevention of cruelty to animals, education and outreach, low-cost spay/neuter programs and helping animals and people in the community.

Check them out on Face book to see all the fun events they are having to raise money for this great cause-Yard sales, bake sales, Agility training, walks and more.
You can also check out their website for more information and ways you can hep in their efforts to help our community in the exhausting fight against cruelty & neglect and help educate our community in how to put and end to this problem.

Donate $5.00 at the Classie Canines booth for this great cause and you will receive a $5.00 off coupon on your next service with us. (Grooming, Daycare or Boarding).
REMINDERS
* Please don't forget to keep your pets on flea and tick preventative until we have 1 or 2 good freezes to kill all those pesky varmits. This is highly recommended for the grooming dogs and mandatory for the day care dogs.
* Don't forget to keep your pets up to date on all of their vaccinations.  This includes the bordatella (kennel cough) vaccination which is required every 6 months.
* We will be open on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Day, for Daycare & Boarding.  If you know you will be needing the daycare please try to plan ahead and book it as soon as possible. We need to make sure the daycare rooms are staffed accordingly. Please also note that grooming and the reception area are closed on those days.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

We wish you ALL a happy and SAFE Halloween

Sincerely,
The staff at Classie Canines
