WeNeedChildCare.ca now has a multimedia section where you can view and/or submit videos about child care in Canada. We have already posted three videos - check them out!

The CCAAC, in partnership with the Coalition of Child Care Advocates of BC (CCCABC), is proud to be working on a joint project called: "Child Care is a Right."

Our child care advocacy began as a central issue of the women's rights movements, so it's natural for us to return to our roots and focus on child care from a women's, children's and family rights position. The core of the project is to explore Canada's international treaty obligation to women, children and families as they pertain to child care. For more information, please click here.

which houses a number of tools, publications and other resources on child care management. Check it

A new toolkit has been added to help child care programs to evaluate the impact of of Early Learning Programs and plan for the future (link: ) as well as samples policies to comply with Bill 168, Ontario's amendments to the Health and safety Act on workplace violence and harassment.

L'Ontario Coalition for Better Child Care a remis à neuf son site, qui offre tout un éventail d'outils, de publications et de ressources intéressantes sur la gestion des services de garde. Jetez-y un coup d'oeil!

Une nouvelle trousse permettant d'évaluer l'impact des programmes de garde et de dresser un plan d'avenir est maintenant disponible, de même que des exemples de politiques visant le respect du projet de loi 168, qui modifie la Loi sur la santé et la sécurité au travail de l'Ontario, en ce qui concerne la violence et le harcèlement au travail.
