Did you know you can...
Use Travel Penalties to discourage traveling up roads with steep grades?
The Travel Penalties feature allows you to enter a penalty for travel on a specific blockface. If you want the street to be serviced on both sides in one pass, going down rather than up the steep grade, set the street to Both Sides service and add a travel penalty on the side of the street that would travel up the grade.
