Parents and Guardians of Lanikai School:

Your role in our search for our new School Director  

You are invited to meet with Barry Rowland, Senior Search Consultant for Carney Sandoe & Associates, the national firm we have engaged to help us find our new School Director. 

Mr. Rowland will be on campus to meet with you on Monday, March 21, first day after the spring break. You will be asked to share ideas about

o    which elements of the school you value most and hope to see      continued

o    which you would like to see altered or discontinued, and

o    what new elements you would like to see introduced. 

Your answers will help the committee conduct interviews with our finalists and inform them of important issues at Lanikai.

To accommodate as many of you as possible, we have scheduled two parent meetings for that day:

8:15 AM until 9:30 AM in the cafeteria

6:00 PM until 7:15 PM in the library  

Mr. Rowland will meet with staff members and board members in similar forums during the day.  

Please make arrangements to attend a parent

meeting

and urge other parents to join you.
