The changes have been long-awaited, and now that Phase One is complete, it seems like the blink of an eye since renovations began at the Harry Wilks Study Center at the Villa Vergiliana. Mina Sgariglia has been tireless in her advocacy and oversight of the property, and she has sent new photographs depicting stunning "before" and "after" snapshots! You might find yourself longing for the kind of character that the crumbly stucco and chipped paint evokes -- but I think you will agree that the finished work reflects the spirit of the Villa!
