Every Tuesday we have a chef's 3-course menu that is prepared especially for that evening.

The chefs compete to see who can come up with the best dishes, and the winner gets to have his food featured that night.

We will be featuring the following menu this week:

 $30 for all three courses
Only $10 more for Wine Flight

1st course
 Warm pear salad - mixed greens, sliced pears, crumbled stilton, candied pecans, and honey balsamic vinagrette

2nd Course
 Pan-seared salmon with bacon lardon, black-eyed pea succotash, and braised kale

3rd Course
 Chocolate rapberry tart with berry coulee
