Know anyone who is interested in becoming a better cook? Have you taken cooking classes before that turn out to be more like cooking demonstrations, where you never even get to touch the food, and want something a little more hands on?
Starting Sunday January 11th we will begin our "Intro at Liliana's" Class. You will work one-on-one with our chefs to create a three course meal.
First there will be a short demonstration of proper knife skills, knife maintenance, benefits of using local organic products, cons of using frozen products, and kitchen safety and sanitation procedures.
Then you will come back to our kitchen and work three different stations: Gardé Manger(cold food preparation), Sautee (hot food presentation), and Entrementier (side dish preparation and garnish).
Total cost of the intro class is only $100, and includes salad, entrée, dessert, and paired wine with each course. Classes will fill up fast, so call soon to make your reservations!
Certificates for future classes can be purchased on line and can be emailed to you or your recipient in time for Christmas!
